Human Capital Consultant

Key Role:

Leads one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Human Resource (HR) solutions. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts; limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with human capital management, including workforce planning, competency modeling, onboarding, training and development, career pathing, or performance management

  • Knowledge of human capital best practices and domain-specific methodologies

  • Ability to support strategic consulting services through data collection, development of recommendations, and production of actionable products and deliverables for clients

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with supporting DoD organizations

  • Possession of excellent critical thinking skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
