About the Role

As a Principal Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure project quality and safety
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including identifying and addressing potential issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a project management role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana
