We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Commercial Team


Responsibilities

Requirements

Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program10+ years of experience as a Project Architect/Project Manager or Design Architect, specifically focused on Commercial/CivicProficiency with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and RevitFirm grasp of building technology fundamentalsThorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trendsExcellent time management, organizational and written and verbal communication skillsAble to effectively communicate and actively engage with clients

Preferred Qualification:

Master's Degree of Architecture Registered as a licensed architect Experience with Newforma Project Center and/or Newforma Project Analyzer, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Revit and PDF RevuAdditional relevant certifications indicating additional expertise such as for construction administration, interior design, LEED/Green Globes/sustainability, etc. Experience writing and editing specifications
