We are looking for a US Sales Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is a permanent role and will report to our Head of Sales Development, located in Sydney, Australia.

Role Summary:

The US Sales Development Manager will be a key driver of our sales strategy and growth. You will lead and mentor a team of SDRs in our US office to generate high-quality leads and results.

As a valued member of the Eftsure team, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of SDRs, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, activity levels, and overall team productivity.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize lead generation processes and implement best practices
  • Design and implement efficient processes for lead qualification, follow-up, and handoff to the sales team
  • Engage with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and enhance overall business performance.

Requirements (skills and experience):

  • Proven experience in sales development, with a track record of success in leading and managing SDR teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
