Job Description

We are a global law firm with a powerful strategic focus and real momentum. Our industry-focused strategy is seeing us take on pioneering work in places that others have yet to reach. Our shared values define our culture and our workplace. You will find us to be unusually collegial, team-oriented, and ready to innovate. We work seamlessly across practices, offices and around the world. • Develop strong relationships with Career Services Offices and students, while collaborating internally with firm colleagues and partners to facilitate the networking and branding of the firm at targeted universities.
  • Help identify target schools and programs to focus recruitment efforts effectively.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize future recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate and update interviewer training, recruiting materials for on-campus interviews and events, handouts, etc.
  • Manage the on-campus interviewing process, early interview programs and resume collection.
  • Collaborate with local recruiters to utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including campus events, job postings, social media, and referrals, to attract high-potential candidates.
  • Manage sponsorships at national and regional law schools.
  • Maintain database of all sponsorships and events.
