Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Customer Relations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with various internal teams to coordinate customer-related activities and contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
     
    • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries 

    • Provide information about products/services, pricing, and availability.
  •  
    • Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to achieve swift resolution.
  •  
  • Relationship Management:
     
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  •  
    • Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  •  
  • Documentation and Reporting:
     
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  •  
    • Generate regular reports on customer inquiries, resolutions, and satisfaction levels.
  •  
  • Process Improvement:
     
    • Identify areas for process improvement within the customer relations function and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  •  
    • Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for customer interactions.
  •  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field but NOT required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
