We are seeking a Commercial Business Development to join our team You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team. Restoration for commercial buildings. Bonus and Commission included.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily sales operations
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Establish sales goals and metrics
Train and evaluate employees
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent
Responsible for commercial sales with clients in health care, hospitality, etc.
Adapting to market trends with restoration and construction industries
Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software.
