Sequoia Springs, a welcoming senior living community in beautiful Fortuna, California, is looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Director to lead the growth of our Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care programs. As the Sales Director, you will drive strategic marketing plans, manage sales activities, and identify new business opportunities. If you have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and a passion for making a difference, this is the role for you

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve community goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential referral sources
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Skilled in analyzing market data and making informed, data-driven decisions
  • Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing deals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies and tactics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
