MAJOR DUTIES
Responsible for all the functions assigned to the Office of the Assistant Chief Financial Officer for Budget in the absence of the Assistant Chief Financial Officer.
Serves an advisor to and representative of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Financial Officer in matters relating to budget formulation, budget justification, budget execution, and serves as advisor to other Departmental senior officials with respect to these matters.
Advises and assists Department Assistant Secretaries and Staff Offices with their budgetary responsibilities and appraise the effectiveness of these activities across the Department and administers the issuance of staff ceilings and monitors staff usage in the Department
