Vaco Staffing is hiring for a Billing Specialist based in New Berlin, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients.

Main duties:
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices to customers for both service work and contract jobs
  • Maintaining schedule of values for contract jobs
  • Courtesy calls to customers on past due invoice
  • Assist with obtaining signed proposals, purchase orders, other documentation needed before processing invoices.
  • Support to department managers to assist with billing requests.
  • Monthly review of underbilling report to improve company cash flow.
  • Assist collections dept and cash application dept as necessary when needing to collect/post cash.

Requirement:
    • Construction industry experience
    • Strong knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • ERP experience
    • 1+ years of billing experience
