WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
  • CONTRACT TO HIRE
  • ONSITE
  • 8:00am – 4:30pm; Monday through Friday
  • $30 - $40 / hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • 2+ years of weekly multi-state payroll experience
  • 2+ years’ experience of invoicing and reconciliation
  • ADP and ERP experience
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Process weekly payroll for 3 locations
  • Handle payroll deductions
  • Manage and handle daily bank reconciliations
  • Prepare month-end accruals
  • Process sales invoices to customer accurately and timel
