  • Assist construction project managers in estimating and adhering to proper budgets, creating project schedules, and communicating project updates
  • Oversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure compliance with contract document requirements
  • Perform cash management, payroll, and billing tasks, including preparing invoices, subcontracts, change orders, work orders, purchase orders, and punch lists
  • Analyze contractual billing and communicate with construction project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and scheduling
  • Understand contractual billing terms and properly invoice customers/clients

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent (preferred, not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Deltek, Costpoint, Spectrum, or similar software in the Construction/Engineering industry
