At the full performance level GS-14, Training Specialist, you will:
Manage, coordinate and administer the professional and technical training needs for the Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence (IN) on an ongoing basis through needs assessments, surveys, meeting with constituent groups, interviews, and consulting on organizational requirements.
Manage the design and develops training programs or plans responsive to IN needs, including but not limited to, new employee orientation, in-service workshops on technical and professional development topics, and supervisor, management and leadership training.
Serve as the IN Workforce Wellness Coordinator providing technical advice to senior management and promote and oversee IN's wellness program.
Collaborate with Directorate and Division managers regarding employee training and development and manages employees with individual development plans and career planning.
