Field Training Specialist Opportunities at Chester's International

Chester's is actively seeking 2 Field Training Specialists to support vital markets across the United States. The successful candidates will operate remotely from locations near major airports in the upper Northwest or in areas such as Denver, CO; Portland, OR; Seattle, WA.

Position Overview:

  • Offer assistance and mentorship to franchise owners and alternative service sites.
  • Support new location launches, unique initiatives, training sessions, inventory management, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and deliver training sessions for franchise owners.
  • Engage in industry events and grand openings.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards among franchise owners.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to oversee initial stock levels.
  • Facilitate on-site educational seminars.
  • Complete administrative duties and address field-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant operations.
  • Background in training within the food service sector.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to travel frequently by various modes of transportation.
  • Ability to lift and remain standing for prolonged periods.
