Job Description
Roessel Joy is looking for a Business Development Associate to join the sales team. The role is best suited for an independent self-starter with a high level of drive and the ability to function confidently and professionally within a sales environment.
Responsibilities
· Source, qualify, and contact clients
· Keep detailed records of clients’ information and past feedback for future roles
· Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them
· Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management
· Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
· Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase Roessel Joy Staffing LLC presence in the local business community
Requirements
· BS/BA in business management or sales field preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communications and relationship-building skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced competitive sales environment
· Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
· Desire to grow and take on more responsibilities
· Desire to exceed metric benchmarks and become a top producer
