Job Details

Sales Support Specialist, reporting directly to the Sales Enablement Manager, will collaborate with regional teams and local sellers to enhance the proposal process and provide essential sales support. This role involves preparing proposal responses, creating presentations, managing CRM entries, and ensuring that sales teams have the resources needed to achieve their targets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the effectiveness of the sales process, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Prosegur.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proposal Support:

o Assist regional and local teams in understanding client requirements and the scope of services as referenced in RFP documents.

o Assist in the preparation and review of proposal responses, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.

- Presentation Creation:

o Collaborate with regional and local teams to develop engaging and informative presentations tailored to client needs.

o Ensure that all sales presentations are aligned with Prosegur's branding and messaging guidelines.

- CRM Management:

o Assist with the management and updating of the CRM system to ensure accurate and current information on sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

- o Generate reports to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o Work closely with various departments, including operations, legal, and finance, to gather necessary information for proposals and presentations.

o Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of sales support tasks.

- Metrics and Reporting:

o Track and report on the success rates of proposals and the impact of sales support activities.

o Prepare regular updates for the Sales Enablement Manager on the status of sales support tasks and initiatives.

- Project Management:

o Assist with developing and maintaining project plans for various sales support activities, including timelines, tasks, and responsibilities.

o Monitor the progress of projects, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

o Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to Sales Enablement Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Qualifications:

o Associate's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.

o Experience in a similar sales support, proposal development, or a related field/function.

o Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in using CRM systems and proposal management tools.

o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
