Law firm is looking for a dedicated candidate with an impressive background in real estate law. The successful candidate will be required to manage a team of attorneys and paralegals, supervise junior attorneys, and advise clients on strategy on leasing, acquisition and real estate litigation matters. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. The successful candidate must have excellent drafting skills and possess the ability to negotiate complex retail / shopping center leases and purchase and sale agreements for retail and other real estate.
