As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be predominantly on-site, where you will be tasked with a range of duties, including data entry, customer service, and managing inbound and outbound calls. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Accurately process and handle customer credit applications• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer credit records• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary• Provide backup for the front desk as needed, which may require approximately an hour of your day• Assist with travel planning, catering orders, and event planning• Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations as required• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as part of customer service• Schedule appointments and manage email correspondence• Use Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, to perform daily tasks.
