  • This role is accountable for supporting and accomplishing the corporate objectives by directing and coordinating the activities of the sales team’s values, strategies, and objectives including the team’s development of strategic partnerships with store management personnel.
  • Execute sales strategies, market penetration, growth initiatives and region-specific marketing by building and maintaining relationships with key customers and direct sales representatives.
  • Assemble and evaluate channel related market data communicate findings with leadership.
  • Responsible for hiring and retention of sales team through on-boarding, coaching, mentoring, development and performance management.
  • Experience of successful sales or sales management within the coatings industry.
  • Proficient knowledge of MSA Office Suites and/or IOS software applications related to job functions
  • Must be able to travel by plane and automobile.
