Managing and influencing customer relationships in support of the various Departmental Offices.

Creating innovative customer-facing solutions that address the demands of Treasury Officials and other DO users.

Partnering with business leaders to reduce shadow IT by providing more valuable technology solutions for DO.

Establishing a DO IT governing council in partnership with Office and Orbit IT leaders to prioritize the mix of technology products and services available to DO users.

Adopting and integrating innovative technology solutions that align with corporate strategy in order to transform IT services for customers and add business value.

Orchestrating systems and enabling more automation in order to increase quality delivery and performance standards.

Leveraging enterprise hybrid cloud solutions and performing cloud arbitrage by putting in place processes to move services easily and securely between on- and off-premises infrastructure and Cloud Service Providers (CSP).

Managing service provider and shared service across the spectrum of IT products and services, while ensuring performance targets are met, and establishing strategic service provider partnerships to address new customer demand.

Ensuring the service delivery of DO IT systems for users according to service level agreements.

Providing project and program management for changes, enhancements, or new DO IT systems.

Developing creative and pragmatic IT approaches and solutions to reengineer and integrate IT services that facilitate productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Providing expert assistance, advice, and counsel to the Office of the CIO, program and policy executives regarding IT management and operational issues.

Representing the Office of the CIO internally and externally, as a subject matter expert on matters related to use, implementation, and operations and maintenance of DO IT systems and services.

Coordinating with the ACIO for Infrastructure and Operations on day-to-day operations and infrastructure service delivery required by DO IT systems.

Coordinating with the Deputy CIO for Enterprise Applications on application service delivery required by DO IT systems.

Coordinating with the ACIO for Enterprise Technology Governance on Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), strategy, and planning required by DO IT systems.

Coordinating with the ACIO for Cyber Security on cyber risk management, high value assets and national security systems, and cyber compliance required by DO IT systems.

Formulating and executing annual budgets in support of DO IT systems, operations, and personnel.

Integrating the Technology Business Management framework into the management of DO IT systems in order to increase IT cost transparency, better allocate services, and enable IT investment decision-making; and

Developing and administering DO IT usage policies and guidance and complying with applicable Federal and/or Department statutory and policy requirements (e.g., privacy, records management, asset management).
