Coordinating with the Deputy CIO for Enterprise Applications on application service delivery required by DO IT systems.


Coordinating with the ACIO for Enterprise Technology Governance on Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), strategy, and planning required by DO IT systems.


Coordinating with the ACIO for Cyber Security on cyber risk management, high value assets and national security systems, and cyber compliance required by DO IT systems.

Formulating and executing annual budgets in support of DO IT systems, operations, and personnel.

Integrating the Technology Business Management framework into the management of DO IT systems in order to increase IT cost transparency, better allocate services, and enable IT investment decision-making; and


Developing and administering DO IT usage policies and guidance and complying with applicable Federal and/or Department statutory and policy requirements (e.g., privacy, records management, asset management).
