Overview

NanoString/ Bruker Nano Technologies is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Administrative Services Coordinator for our Operations, Health and Safety team. S/he will have a proven ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines, and communicate and collaborate with external contacts and vendors. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, articulate, organized, and able to support cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support coordination of staff administrative needs, including: catering fulfillment and delivery, facilities maintenance, janitorial requests, parking needs, security access management, scanning lab notebooks, and sorting mail

    • Serve as primary staff for front desk reception at one site, including receiving and escorting visitors and addressing requests for assistance
    • Assist with oversight of company common spaces, including inventorying, ordering, replenishing, organizing and tidying
    • Fulfill staff requests for office supplies and furniture
    • Assist with office space planning and movements
    • Support company cultural activities such as Facepage and Wall of Fame updates
    • Special projects as needed

Qualifications

Requirements:

"• High School Diploma
• Minimum two years or equivalent work-related experience supporting office management or administrative services functions
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to regularly travel between multiple buildings
• Strong math and critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $41,000  and $55,000  provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.

Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
