Job Description:

  • Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

  • Performs a variety of administrative and financial related analytical tasks in support of travel tasking.

  • Verifies and maintains travel financial reports and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements.

  • Validates travel authorization request (TAR) pricing and submits travel requests to government customer.

  • Monitors and reports travel financial performance against estimated travel pricing.

  • Interacts with task directive leaders to ensure travel contract conformance.

  • Monitors and updates TAR's, when necessary, and re-submits to government customer.

  • Analyze travel funding status and calculates additional travel funding as required.

  • Submits travel trip reports at conclusion of tasking travel.

  • Participates in special financial projects as required.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $27.62 - $37.38. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
