Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team at General Dynamics. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor plans, including budgets and schedules, to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned programs.
  • Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
  • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
  • Perform business development activities, including research and analysis of functions for tracking and financial forecasting.
  • Assist management with monitoring the activities and productivity of subordinates.
  • Verify and approve subcontractor invoices.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements
  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience.
  • Military experience and knowledge of shipyard availability is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
