As an employee of CHN Housing Partners, the Vice President -- Detroit Market conducts strategic assessments of the needs of local and state government partners, non-profit community development organizations and developers and the public, corporate, and banking sectors and provides solutions with a racial equity foundation to support strategies to address affordable housing and community development needs. To be successful, the leader must be a dynamic, relationship- and results-oriented manager with success in translating strategy into results for partners, driving delivery through a matrix organization, and partnering with the community.
