The Opportunity

 

We are looking for a Sales Executive Graduate to join our Travel Retail Americas team based in Miami. In this role you will provide operational (client) support in the process of managing Top Accounts by communicating with all the departments involved: Field Supervisor, Commercial Planning, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate will transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analyzed to glean insights that drive strategic decision making in business.

 

What you'll get to do
  • Support the Key Account Managers with sell-out and sell-in monthly analysis to look for business opportunities.
  • Following the format established by the client, prepare and submit all the necessary files for assortment, novelty introduction, pricing implementation, product information.
  • Client product requests: provide the accounts with samples & pre-series (via Customer Service directly sent from warehouse).
  • Client media requests: provide the accounts with pack shots and any other relevant material.
  • Pricing: support Key Account Managers in the pricing process and tool.
  • Investments: Compiling investments report (common data base) in terms of promotional staff, rentals (permanent & promo), decoration, GWP (gift with purchase), sampling.
  • Support the Key Account Managers analyzing sales results and ROI of the marketing activities, animations/promotions and support in the next year plan definition.
  • Contribution/Participation to business reviews and client presentations.
  • Main point of contact with all Field Supervisors based across LATAM for everything related to Animation and Launch Plan.
  • Client’s needs: ensure that needs are understood and fulfilled with highest quality standards for total satisfaction.
  • Ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle, which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisions
  • You will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing and updating databases to ensure they are secure, accessible, and functioning properly. Your role is crucial in supporting ongoing data storage and retrieval needs.

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks.
  • Experience in luxury and/or fragrance industry will be highly valued.
  • Languages required: English and Spanish
  • Highly organized/detail-oriented and effective at time management.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multi-tasks and interact cross-departments.
  • Attention to detail and proven analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
