  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

  • Oversee campaigns for the Sales & Marketing Team.

  • Ensure the Sofitel is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain all existing ones.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing campaigns. Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
  • Coordinate with the Hotel Sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.

  • Previous Marketing management experience in a luxury setting.

  • Excellent communication, organizational and creative skills.

  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.

  • An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and extreme professionalism.

  • An ability to naturally engage with guests and clients.
