Main Responsibilities

The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sustainable growth with selected customers by delivering marketing activities and tools to support our business strategy.

This role will involve planning, implementing, and evaluating the commercial customer plan for selected regional strategic customers in alignment with BU Marketing and E-com strategy.

The Customer Marketing Manager will work closely with sales teams to support distributor partners during end-customer engagements and provide access to existing content, tools, best practices, and capabilities.

The position will also involve establishing and maintaining marketing and merchandising relationships with strategic customers, monitoring their product mix, and recommending changes.

The Customer Marketing Manager will create and execute customer marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement, advocacy, and sales development.

The role will also involve securing development of customized co-branded sales support materials, customer catalogues, brochures, advertisements, and digital sales tools.

In conjunction with sales lead, the Customer Marketing Manager will ensure a robust ROI model is being implemented, including setting KPIs, evaluating, and following up on with corrective actions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent and 7+ years' experience in sales, product, and marketing management, specifically in customer marketing.

The candidate will also have relevant business understanding, experience in running projects within an international marketing and sales organization, and excellent English language knowledge.

The Customer Marketing Manager will be able to travel up to 20% of the time.
