Job Description

At Stack Overflow, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our revenue operations function. As the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and maximizing sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic growth initiatives
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting and planning processes
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate sales order data
  • Enable sales teams with relevant compensation plans and tools

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of improving sales productivity and revenue growth
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and provide insights to executive leadership
  • Experience with sales tools and technologies, such as SFDC and Clari
