Head of Revenue Operations

At Stack Overflow, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our revenue operations function. As the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and maximizing sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting and planning processes
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate sales order data
- Enable sales teams with relevant compensation plans and tools
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of improving sales productivity and revenue growth
- Ability to analyze large data sets and provide insights to executive leadership
- Experience with sales tools and technologies, such as SFDC and Clari
