• Customer Support Specialist - REMOTE

• Key responsibilities:

+ First Point of Contact: serve as first point of contact to nationwide customers through email, chat, or video

+ User Proxy: serve willingly on behalf of our customers to test and explore product issues while collaborating with the product and engineering team

+ Ticket Inbound Management: work collaboratively with your support colleagues to ensure timely responses to customer questions with meaningful answers

+ Knowledge Center Improvement: help strengthen core set of Canvas knowledge base support articles, and educate/empower our customers to become better Canvas users

+ Customer Advocacy: identify product strengths and weaknesses based on daily customer interactions, and effectively communicate them to your Canvas team


• What were looking for:

+ Savvy technology user who is detail oriented with documentation and communication

+ Willingness to create and improve educational materials, training curriculums, and other instructional content to facilitate continuous learning and knowledge sharing for customers

+ Strong listener with deep empathy for healthcare workers

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

+ Ideally you have 2+ years of customer service or support experience in the healthcare industry

+ Required 2 years of experience working in a primary care practice setting
