Position Overview:
The Bilingual Insurance Customer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting clients by addressing inquiries across various insurance sectors. This position is designed for individuals fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, ensuring effective communication with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and confirm premium payments from clients.
- Provide essential information to help customers make informed choices regarding their health care coverage, including benefits and policy rates.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Accept premium payments and issue documented receipts.
- Guide clients in selecting the most suitable health care plans tailored to their individual needs.
- Support customers in making policy adjustments that enhance retention.
- Identify and document complex inquiries that may lead to issues, submitting reports for resolution and monitoring trends affecting company performance.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance service quality.
- Assist in researching executive-level inquiries.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of five years in customer service or operational roles, or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A Life and Health License is advantageous.
- Previous experience in health care or customer service is preferred.
