Position Overview

Client Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Team Introduction:

As a Client Support Specialist within the Client Services (CS) Group, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to Advent Software's clients by addressing technical and product functionality inquiries through various communication channels. This role is hybrid, requiring occasional office presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support Specialists will undergo a comprehensive training program lasting up to 8 weeks, featuring various checkpoints. Successful completion of exams and final certification, along with demonstrating job performance throughout this period, is essential for continued employment.

  • A degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other technical fields, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management, or Finance.
