Hadrius is making compliance effortless for the financial services industry. We’re growing incredibly quickly and are seeking an entrepreneurial Account Executive to serve at the forefront of our sales efforts, working primarily with interested prospects that are already in the pipeline. We’re looking for hard workers who are hungry for above-market commission alongside a healthy base.
You’ll be joining an established, repeatable sales motion to help us continue hitting our growth goals, while still having many degrees of freedom in terms of your sales process and structure. We’re looking for someone who knows how to navigate a sales process efficiently, deliver results, and close deals with confidence.
As one of our early hires, you’ll work directly with our founders and will be ramped up quickly to a full pipeline of outbound/inbound-generated leads; you’ll be acting as parts AE, user researcher, sales enabler, and more - managing your own pipeline, meeting with prospects, closing contracts, informing the product roadmap, and driving efficiencies across the sales function.
Although this role may grow into a leadership/managerial role in the future, you’ll be in an IC capacity for at least 18-24 months.
Compensation range below is on-target earnings. Outcomes: First Week:
- Become familiar with the core problems Hadrius solves, our ICP, our value proposition, the Hadrius platform, pricing structure, and roadmap
- Work with our existing sales team to ramp up on our CRM and existing sales methodology
- Begin shaping/improving our current sales processes informed by your previous experience
- Riding along on your first sales calls with clients, and taking a few independently by the end of the week.
First Month:
- Close your first 3-4 smaller deals
- Begin building relationships with mid-size prospects
- Continue to expand your pipeline and deepening your understanding of customer needs and our offering
- Track your metrics along with the rest of the team, and contribute to strategy sessions to improve sales velocity and efficiency
First 3 Months:
- Begin building relationships with larger prospects
- Close your first 10-15 deals
- Continuing to develop the above skillset, especially your deal velocity (reaching $6k net new MRR per month)
- Create internal Hadrius champions with prospects
Must-haves:
- Mid-market/enterprise software sales experience
- Tremendous demonstrable grit
- Previous software sales experience
- You have experience developing leads, as well as creating a repeatable process to add to your pipeline over time
- You are excited to “step up” and drive efficiencies across our sales process beyond just your own pipeline
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in the compliance industry, either on the RegTech side or on the compliance consultant/in-house side
- You have experience hiring and managing BDRs, or other Sales and CS roles.
