Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of solar sales consultants to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and solar market developments
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven work experience in solar sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
- In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies
