Job Title: New Car Sales Manager

Snell Motor Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Car Sales Manager to join their Town North Mazda team. As a key member of the sales leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve dealership sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure staff development and knowledge enhancement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and facilitating smooth transaction processes.
  • Implement and maintain customer follow-up systems to enhance retention and repeat business.
  • Monitor customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement in service quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in new automotive sales management. Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • In-depth understanding of the automotive market, pre-owned vehicle sales processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and adaptable to changing market conditions. Luxury Line Management experience is a must.
