  • General understanding of commercial real estate lease structures and various lease work letter requirements
  • Conduct site visits with an eye for identifying potential issues before they arise
  • We have many repeat clients and project scope ranges from tenant improvement and reposition of existing assets, acquisition and disposition services, and ground-up development.
  • The role of assistant project manager will be to support the senior project manager in all required project tasks which will range from conducting site visits, organizing and managing vendor meetings, reviewing drawings, creating schedules, and managing project finances.
