Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in managing and overseeing large HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, to maintain clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the Project Manager in tracking project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and meeting financial objectives.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that all installations meet the required standards and client expectations.
  • Identify potential risks and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope.


Qualifications


  • Must be a Bay Area resident with a proven track record of stable employment in the mechanical construction industry.
  • Minimum of two years in mechanical project management, focusing on HVAC and sheet metal projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with HVAC systems, sheet metal work, and project management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
