Company Overview

Our client is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm that specializes in commercial real estate assets.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new assets and oversee capital projects, major tenant improvements, and construction projects while focusing on increasing occupancy rates across the portfolio.
  • Formulate and execute both short- and long-term asset plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Present recommendations and performance data to senior management and partners effectively.
  • Drive value creation and enhance asset performance in line with the company’s investment and value creation strategy.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans, ensuring collaboration among all departments to achieve the goals of each asset.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with current assets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, including demographics, job growth, and economic factors that could impact the portfolio.
  • Analyze property value timelines to forecast estimated future values.
  • Evaluate portfolio progress and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Monitor asset performance against benchmarks such as company objectives, metrics, budget, and market conditions.
  • Analyze financial and operational reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful asset management experience with retail assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or accounting.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record in asset management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to execute effectively.
  • Solid financial acumen with knowledge of the real estate sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage projects effectively.
  • Results-driven and a collaborative team player.
Location

This position is office-based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation

Compensation is up to $180,000, commensurate with experience, along with an extensive benefits package and bonus.
