Director, Corporate Partnerships Sales

- Responsible for surpassing annual sales goals by delivering new and incremental revenue as well as retaining existing relationships as assigned. Â
- Research, cold call and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with local, regional, and national brands.
- Leverage B2B opportunities, helping to produce the best possible outcomes regarding service, expenses, and revenue. Â
- Work across the organization to deliver complicated deals that support organizational goals and objectives.
- Work with business solutions and analytics team to identify emerging trends and categories.
- Collaborate with Partnership Marketing and Business Solutions to ensure execution of partner assets.
- Establish peer-to-peer relationships within the industry to help ideate and implement best practices.
- Work in partnership with senior leadership to modify and improve the departments go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and create new inventory to support revenue growth.
- Provide reports and summaries to SVP as requested.Â
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:Â
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing, advertising, and branding strategies
- Knowledge of sports industry
- Thorough understanding of the sales process
- Well-organized
- Strong initiative

- Enjoys competition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead C-level/executive meetings
- Ability to create integrated sponsorship packages
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRMÂ
- Bachelorâs Degree, Sports Management or Business, preferred
- 8-10 years related sales/sales management industry experienceÂ
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysÂ
- Travel up to 20%Â
