Road Logistics Sales Representative

- Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and implement effective prospect communications.
- Initiate discussions with key decision-makers at targeted prospect accounts with a focus on their specific business needs.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments to increase business closing rates by providing sales with well qualified, ready-to-engage leads.
- Utilize cold calling and/or lead generation experience to engage with a high daily volume of potential clients.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience within road logistics and business development.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong active listening skills.
- Strong critical-thinking abilities; able to assess and evaluate information in real-time.
- Experience managing a high volume of inbound leads.
- Familiarity with industries such as Retail, Food & Beverage, Automotive, or Chemicals is a plus.
