As a Sr. Analyst, Analytics and Insights, you will be responsible for supporting an analytics workstream in direct partnership with the Product Analytics Lead and client to enhance their customer experience goals and

In your first few weeks in this Analytics and Insights role, you can expect to:
  • Conduct the initial discovery process for newly assigned products and platforms, including surfacing available data sources and aligning on measurement approach
  • Regularly maintain a running prioritized list of hypotheses and conduct analysis related to current and future product enhancements to be shared with Product Owners
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting
  • Build executive-level Power BI dashboards using data from multiple sources.

To apply for this Sr. Analyst, Analytics and Insights role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
  • Google Analytics 4 experience (set up, tracking, tags, etc.) and Power BI experience
  • Client-facing and executive presentation experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO and JIRA or process philosophies such as AGILE
  • Experience supporting/leading analytics workstreams in a highly multi-functional environment
  • Comfort and prioritizing tasks with clients and internal stakeholders.
