Data Analysis and Reporting Responsibilities:
- Establish and uphold extensive performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing and revenue initiatives.
- Perform thorough data examinations to detect trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting inquiries to resolve specific business challenges.
- Create and manage sophisticated reporting dashboards utilizing Power BI and similar platforms to deliver clear and actionable insights to marketing and leadership teams.
- Leverage Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, UX/UI effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Exhibit advanced SQL skills to extract, cleanse, and transform revenue and customer data for comprehensive analysis.
Customer Segmentation and Insights:
- Formulate customer segmentation frameworks to pinpoint distinct customer demographics and their preferences.
- Develop predictive models to anticipate future trends in customer behavior, sales, and market dynamics.
- Conduct cluster analysis to reveal hidden patterns in customer behaviors and their engagement levels.
- Examine customer data to comprehend the customer lifecycle and the critical factors influencing lifetime value, purchasing behavior, retention, and churn rates.
Insight Generation and Communication:
- Convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing, eCommerce, sales, and operations teams.
- Prepare and present compelling presentations to communicate findings to cross-functional leadership teams.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance campaign performance based on data-driven insights from A/B/Multivariate tests and test/control incrementality assessments.
Dashboard Development and Maintenance:
- Design and construct interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates within dashboards.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, reporting, and processes across marketing, eCommerce, sales, and operations.
- Propose and implement data-driven process improvements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue and customer actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or marketing analytics capacity.
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL, and statistical tools/packages.
- Proficient in Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, pivot charts, and data modeling.
- Experience in customer segmentation, cluster analysis, and statistical modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a critical thinking mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
