We provide exceptional solutions in data analysis and measurement, aiming to enhance the world around us.

Our clients, which include government and nonprofit organizations, have specific objectives, and in Analytics, we align with those goals to generate insights that empower organizations to be more effective. Our primary focus includes media reporting, complemented by business and brand intelligence reporting.

Our aim is to deliver data-driven insights that help rebuild trust between core institutions and the communities they serve.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Data Innovations, the Media Data Analyst will play a crucial role in updating various reports and assisting with measurement planning, data strategy, and insight generation.

Transparency is fundamental to our success, and in this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your data and analytics expertise to develop automated live dashboards, influencing media planning and operations for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze media data from diverse sources, including social media, traditional media, and digital platforms.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the formulation and execution of media strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with the media team to enhance media campaigns and assess their effectiveness.
  • Utilize media analytics tools and software to extract valuable data and insights.
  • Engage in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for refining media analysis processes.
Qualifications Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.
  • Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics platforms) is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior internship or work experience in media analysis, market research, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and their analytics.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360, and other Google Marketing Platform tools.

Compensation Range:
$52,500 - $69,500 annually. This is the anticipated pay range for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the position's requirements. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
