Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and eager-to-learn Project Coordinator with a strong focus on sales to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the ideal candidate will possess a natural sales savviness and be ready to work closely with our VP of Sales. This role requires someone who is aggressive in driving projects forward, has strong collaboration skills, and is willing to grow their expertise in project management.



Key Responsibilities:



Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Bring to the leadership’s attention any projects that are not progressing as planned and propose solutions to get them back on track. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Sales to support sales initiatives, track project progress, and ensure alignment with sales goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with teams in product development, quality assurance, and operations to ensure projects are aligned across all departments and meet company standards. Smart Sheets Management: Utilize Smart Sheets to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft programs to support various aspects of project management and reporting. Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams, ensuring all members are aligned and informed of project statuses. Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop solutions. Learning and Development: Show a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.



Qualifications:



Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in a sales or food industry environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Smart Sheets is required. Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft programs are essential. Sales Savviness: A strong understanding of sales processes and an ability to support sales-driven projects. Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and operations. Personal Attributes: Aggressive in driving tasks to completion, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
