Director Growth Marketing

As the Director of Growth Marketing at Mejuri, you will be a data-driven and strategic leader responsible for spearheading growth initiatives across multiple channels. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy with a focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. You’ll manage a dynamic team of eight and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results that drive business objectives.

 

What you'll do

Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including streaming, social, search, offline, influencer, and affiliate marketing.Own the growth marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across markets and channels to maximize ROI.Drive the experimentation roadmap, enhancing return on ad spend (ROAS) through channel diversification, scaling successful campaigns, and testing new growth opportunities.Establish robust reporting systems to track key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV) across all channels, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.Take ownership of marketing attribution models and media mix models to accurately assess the impact of each marketing touchpoint.Analyze data from platforms like GA4, Looker, Tableau, and SQL to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns.Deliver clear and impactful insights to cross-functional teams (integrated marketing, creative, digital product, merchandising) to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.Collaborate closely with creative and product teams to drive initiatives that align with Mejuri’s growth objectives and brand voice.Stay informed on industry trends and emerging channels, ensuring that Mejuri remains ahead in its marketing efforts.

What you'll bring to the team

Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including digital, offline, and influencer marketing.Proven experience leading a team with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop talent while driving accountability and a collaborationDeep understanding of performance marketing metrics and experience with attribution models and media mix modelingStrong proficiency in data analysis and experience using platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, Tableau, and SQL.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments.A product-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving results through customer insights and innovationIndustry experience in Retail preferred but not required
