    About Our Client

    Our client is a biotechnology research organization specializing in pre-clinical gene therapy research.

    Job Description

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and outreach strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Customer Prospecting: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our Client's solutions, and convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Regional Market Development: Work with marketing team to develop and implement strategies to expand market presence in assigned regions, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence Collection: Gather and analyze market data, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM software, and regularly report on progress to the Director of Sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with the overall business goals and provide feedback on market needs.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience (Bachelor's) and 1-3 years (Master's) in sales, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.Proven track record of successful lead generation and customer prospecting.Strong understanding of market development and ability to collect and utilize market intelligence.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
