Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent in related work experience
4 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources field
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in Human Resources and Payroll platforms
Good written and verbal communications skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
