*This is a fully onsite position in downtown Boise, ID* Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts using MS Business Central 365.
Generate monthly financial statements for multiple entities.
Prepare month-end financial statements in accordance with GAAP using Jet Reports and MS Business Central.
Handle bi-monthly payroll calculations using Paylocity Payroll system.
Reconcile insurance benefits and payroll deductions.
Record new capital assets and manage depreciation.
Analyze transaction data to identify potential budget variances.
Manage monthly Cost of Goods Sold and Idaho Sales & Use Tax postings.
Support annual external audits.
Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant field.
Strong technical accounting skills.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP accounting systems.
