Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Oversee cash management activities, including bank reconciliations and cash position reporting.
  • Utilize Infor software to manage financial data and identify gaps in workflows
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on general ledger and cash management.
  • Proficiency in Infor software.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
