Manage MHA outreach at community events and trainings.
· Manage MHA's social media platforms.
· Manage MHA internal training and education.
· Provide leadership for organizing and planning staff events.
· Perform duties while actively promoting an environment consistent with MHA's Cultural Equity Policy and WELCOME Orange.
Develop and deliver educational workshops and public awareness programs for MHA and the community.
· Promote services on MHA's Social Media accounts including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
· Represent MHA at Health and Human Service Fairs, community events and meetings.
· Provide leadership for the agency event planning for events such as Teambuilding and Holiday Party in collaboration with staff feedback and collaboration.
· Serve as designated agency liaison for the New York State School Mental Health Training Resource Center through MHANYS (Mental Health Associating in NY State).
· Provide educational presentations to the community on varied topics.
· Oversee the development and delivery of educational workshops and public awareness programs for MHA and the community.
· Coordinates MHA's Volunteer/Intern Program and maintains policies and procedures.
· Conduct relevant staff training and engage staff in available staff development opportunities.
· Establish and maintain linkages with appropriate community agencies and service providers.
· Direct supervision of stated positions and oversight of stated programs are periodically re-evaluated and may change subject to the discretion of Executive Director.
Bachelor's Degree in related field with 2 years of outreach, social media and community engagement experience required.
· Grant writing experience a plus.
· Must be clear and maintain an acceptable record under the Medicaid Fraud & Abuse clearance process.
· Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
